We were happy to have engaged Mr. Carlos Mena, Refrigeration Oils Market Developer from Global Business Team (GBT - Compressors) and based in Munich to support us in the South East Asia region. Carlos travelled tirelessly through Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand in July 2022 where our channel partners have a collective focus in customers of the Food industry.
Since Carlos specializes in refrigeration compressors which are abundant in the Food industry, he met with Mr. Ian Goh in Jakarta, where they made four customer visits along with various sales personnel of PT. Arianto Darmawan.
Upon Carlos’ call and joint discussion on energy efficiency, PT. Arianto Darmawan closed a product trial order concerning Klüber Summit RHT 68 with a beverage customer that manufactures milk. Carlos also assisted us to build stronger ties with a couple of OEM accounts through technical knowledge sharing and machine design discussions that could lead us to projects in the near future.
Last but not least, Carlos delivered a professional training session at PT. Arianto Darmawan’s Jakarta office for the local team of around 15 pax, with some attendees based in other cities who joined in virtually. Carlos competently covered topics regarding basics of refrigeration compressors, unique selling point of Klüber Summit RHT 68, as well as product performances compared to market offerings.
