Klübersynth BE 44-2001 is a new generation light coloured grease for highly-loaded components (e.g. roller bearings, rack and pinion, teeth couplings etc) for multiple industry applications where related equipment is very often exposed to deep temperatures in combination with other harsh requirements such as high loads and slow to medium speeds.
As an operator, you are responsible for a trouble-free operation of your production plant and the installed heavily loaded rolling bearings or other components confronting a huge variety of requirements. Excellent lubricity at low to medium speeds and good low temperature pumpability are in fact difficult to combine, but with Klübersynth BE 44-2001 and its specially selected base oils we can offer you a technology that ideally meets both requirements in order to reliably protect your bearings over a wide temperature range. The bright colour of Klübersynth BE 44-2001 also allows you to visually check on the level of contamination in the grease and thus the wear status of your components. In addition, Klübersynth BE 44-2001 is water-insoluble and offers you good corrosion protection of lubricated components that are in direct contact with water-based substances.
