Cement Industry is a demanding industry in which providing an excellent product will not assure you to get business or maintain the business. With this, Klüber Lubrication and Connell Brothers Corp. made sure that customer’s requirements of excellent products and services are met.
To strengthen the position of Klüber Lubrication as the Knowledge Partner of our existing Top 3 Cement customers, our Expert from Klüber Lubrication Malaysia (KLMAL), Mr. Khairul Sabastian (Technical Service Specialist), was in the Philippines on the first week of March to assist us.
We inspected the Open Gears thoroughly to check the condition. After each inspection, we have a technical discussion with the customers and they are very happy with the inputs that Mr. Sabastian provided as the additional inputs was not directly related to lubricants. This is a big factor for the customer as Klüber Lubrication not only focused on selling lubricants but we are a company that are willing to go the extra mile to help them improve on the performance of their equipment and operations.
In addition to that, Mr. Sabastian also had the opportunity to give hands on training to Mr. Romnick Santiago (CBC) and Mr. Tyrone Malalad (KLSEA Phil. Rep. Office) which will be helpful for us in providing the relevant support that our cement customers need.
Our customers are certainly looking forward towards Mr. Sabastian’s next visit to help them with their Lubrication and Technical concerns.
