Successfully secured 12 drums of Klüberfluid C-F 3 Ultra for a Cement customer

We recently supported PT. Arianto Darmawan (PTD) with an order won in the Cement industry. PTD successfully secured 12 drums of Klüberfluid C-F 3 Ultra from the customer based in Sumatra which was using a competitor product prior to this.  

As PTD was able to execute an excellent demonstration to provide a convincing and concrete results to the customer by showing good wear performance against the competitor product. The customer was impressed by PTD’s knowledge on open gears as well as PTD’s ability in identifying issues through multiple discussions, hence the customer put faith in the experience of PTD and sought the required supply.

Due to the current pandemic situation, customers are looking for products with better performance products in ensuring that their equipment are well taken care of, since it is challenging to organise repair and servicing works at this point.  

Additionally in the past few months, we focused on providing PTD with customised trainings such as Cement, Chemical, Film-stretching, Textile and WPI industries. We also target to expedite the current data mining exercise to bring additional good leads to PTD. We look forward to supporting PTD with a Pharmaceutical online seminar in early October and preparing PTD for a growth workshop, deep-diving into potential market segments while maintaining key accounts.
